This is our sixth year in operation and we could use all the help we can get! Here’s just a sampling of some of the projects we’ve got going on this year:
  • Construction of our Welcome Center/Farm Stand using natural building methods (i.e. timber framing, clay/natural plastering etc.)
  • Installation of a fully automated aquaponics system in our Geodesic Dome
  • Expanded annual and perennial production with a focus on boosting our nursery stock so that we can install more forest gardens on-site and throughout the state
  • Running brand new staff-led youth programs onsite at Mowry Commons
  • Running the annual spring Vernal Arts Festival to celebrate local art, music & food
  • Restoring the Historic Mowry Residence
  • and so much more!
